Advance Orders
- Advance orders can be placed through our website by selecting your preferred delivery date and time.
- Orders may also be placed via SMS to our hotline during operating hours.
- While customers may select their preferred delivery slot, availability is not guaranteed if the selected slot is oversubscribed.
- Delivery delays may occur, and customers will be notified via email or SMS.
Unforeseen Circumstances
Deliveries may take longer than expected or temporarily become unavailable due to:
- Inclement weather
- Traffic congestion
- Extremely high order volume
- Other unforeseen circumstances
Our team will contact customers via SMS should such circumstances arise.
Change of Delivery Timing
- Changes to the selected delivery timing are not allowed.
Payments & Promotions
Accepted payment methods include:
- VISA
- Mastercard
- PayNow
- American Express
- Stripe
Discount vouchers cannot be used together with promotional items.
Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
- Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.
- No cancellation is allowed on the day of delivery.
- Returns are generally not allowed, including for change-of-mind purchases, and are subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
- Refund amounts may be subject to an administration fee.
- Refund processing may take up to 14 days.
Other Terms
- All liquor bottles are 700ml, unless otherwise stated.
- Product volumes may vary and this does not necessarily result in a lower price.
- Customers are advised to inspect all goods upon delivery.
- Any breakages, quantity discrepancies or incorrect items should be reported to the delivery personnel immediately.
